Grand Open 9/22

HCM City – A Two-in-one international exhibition opening on September 22nd in HCM City will present offerings of Vietnamplas / print / pack /foodtech & Metal working / Electrical Technology / Environment / Ceramic , Linkage Industrial exhibition.

Exhibits at the event include machines and technologies for Plastics, Printing, Packaging & Food Processing Machineries / CNC Machine Tools, Metal cutting, Metal Forming, Electrical Technologies, gear motors etc…

The products are displayed with more than 430 booths at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) in district 7 from September 22nd – 25th, 2010 More than 200 companies participating the show from China, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Ukraine, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, apart from the host country, Vietnam.

Opening ceremony was held on time on 10:00 am. Huge numbers of attendees were there listening to the welcome message from Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade and Mr. Hồ Đức Lam, Vice chairman of Viet Nam Plastic association. Organizers and all the supporting associations had great confidence in the outlook of this significant event.

The organizer committee for the event will allocate meeting areas for companies to discuss business matters with potential partners, as well as for exhibitors to hold technical seminars.

It is expected that at least 13,000 people will visit the combined expo that will remain open until September.

2nd day of Linkage 2010, large number of professional visitors came to visit. The visitorship reach 3500 persons. The exhibitors were pleased with the quantity and quality of the visitors. The machineries were purchased right on the booth; in addition, discussions were taken place and partnerships were built.

Mark Richard was sharing the knowledge of Food Safety Application with Agilent Technologies. Attendees were so indulged in the speech that their eyes were fixed right on the screen.

Exhibitors were happy with the effective promotion of the show while visitors were pleased with the gifts we offered. As we sealed the door of the SECC, the visitors left with a big smile.

The 3rd day of Linkage 2010 opened with a sunny day. Due to the showers in the afternoon, the visitorship dropped a little compared to the day before. Professional visitors & buyers kept coming and made inquiries of the future events. They showed strong wills to participate in our following expos.

The afternoon started with a seminar hosted by Ken Endo, and he was introducing the High Enforcement Media. The participants are awed with the cutting-edge ideas and technologies.

They expressed great interests and wished the seminar could last even longer. This year we have prepared 4 different gifts for the first 1000 visitors daily. The visitors felt very heart-warming and expressed strong appreciation. It was not only a good incentive for them to visit but also a good gift to make them remember us by.

The last day of Linkage 2010 closed with a big success. There were numerous visitors visiting in groups. However, because of safety reasons, we didn’t open the show to minors under 12 years old. Otherwise, the visitorship will be even higher than 3000 persons.

Exhibitors were really pleased with the event; therefore, they made this event a must-attend. Machineries were purchased; in addition, some of the exhibitors sold all the machineries onsite and had to ship more for the customers.

Visitors came constantly until the last minute of the closing time. Satisfied and joyful, they left SECC with nice memories and lots of business deals.
